By accessing xpresale.fun ("Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not use the Platform. XPRESALE provides tools for token deployment on the Solana blockchain via Meteora DAMM v2 protocol.
The Platform enables: (a) deployment of SPL tokens on Solana, (b) creation of USDC liquidity pools via Meteora, (c) presale mechanisms with escrow, (d) X/Twitter identity verification and group chat creation. All services are provided as-is.
You are solely responsible for: your wallet security, private key management, tokens you deploy, funds you contribute to presales, compliance with applicable laws, and any tax obligations arising from token creation or trading.
By deploying a token, you consent to your @X/Twitter handle being permanently embedded in the token's on-chain metadata. This cannot be reversed or removed. You acknowledge this is a core feature of the Platform's trust architecture.
Presale contributions are held in server-managed escrow wallets. Contributors may withdraw at any time before the presale cap is reached. Once the cap is reached, funds are locked and the token auto-deploys. The Platform makes no guarantees about token value, liquidity, or returns.
Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial advice. Tokens are highly speculative. You may lose your entire contribution. The Platform does not endorse any token deployed through it.
The Platform is provided "AS IS." We are not liable for: blockchain transaction failures, loss of funds, token value changes, third-party actions, Solana network issues, or Meteora protocol behavior.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
We collect: @X/Twitter handle and user ID (via OAuth), server-generated Solana wallet addresses, token deployment data, presale contribution records, and basic access logs (IP, user agent).
To provide Platform services: token deployment, presale management, wallet generation, group chat creation. To embed deployer identity in token metadata. To prevent abuse and enforce rate limits.
Token metadata including your @X handle is stored permanently on the Solana blockchain and IPFS. This data is public and cannot be deleted. By using the Platform, you consent to this permanent storage.
We do not sell user data. Data is shared with: Solana blockchain (public), IPFS (public metadata), X/Twitter (OAuth, group creation), Meteora (pool creation). All on-chain data is inherently public.
We use session cookies for authentication. No tracking cookies. No analytics cookies. No third-party advertising cookies.
Account data is retained while your account exists. On-chain data is permanent. Server logs are retained for 30 days. Presale records are retained indefinitely for audit purposes.
